You certainly are brave to go to Hong Kong and expand your foodie knowledge. At first I was not sure if I could do that but, after reading your blog and seeing some of the things that you chose to eat I feel that I would do best by taking you with me. You certainly have an eye for yummy things. I am really disappointed that your bagel wasn't all you thought it would be-what a bummer!! Taking your dad would probably a whole different story. Being the meat and potatoes guy that he is it would take a lot of talking to get him to be a foodie in a foreign land. He would surely get one of those weird things you mentioned like Pig Knuckle and Duck Tongue. Then he could prove that he did it-ha ha!
Your journeys sure sound like a lot of fun. Can't wait to read the next one!
